John proposed to Maria on this tennis court, not far from where she lived. Romantic, huh? This was an appropriate venue because we originally met playing in a mixed doubles tennis match. Around 6:30 pm after playing tennis here, John asked Maria if she would marry him. The question was totally unexpected by Maria, but without even the slightest hesitation she replied, "Yes!"
