Our typical daily schedule was as follows: 6:00 am wakeup call, 6:30 am pickup by ranger to go to main lodge for coffee, 7:00 am departure for morning game drive, 9:00 am return from drive for breakfast, 1:30 pm lunch, 3:30 pm pickup by ranger, 4:00 pm departure for evening game drive, 7:30 pm return from drive for dinner, 9:00 pm astronomy activities. We were busy--the game drives alone were a full day's activity. These Toyota Land Cruisers were the workhorses of the safari.
